Padlock Park is a product of Fusion Data Company ("we", "us"), 7908 Katella Way, Citrus Heights, CA 95621. By using padlockpark.com or buying anything on it you agree to these terms.

What we sell

This site sells the Padlock Park Occupancy Course. The Padlock Park Occupancy Course is a written, login-gated course with downloadable worksheets, delivered on this site to the email address used at checkout, with lifetime access for the buyer. New physical deployment reservations are no longer offered. Any earlier reservation remains subject to its original agreement and refund terms. Prices are shown in US dollars on the page you buy from and charged through Stripe.

Course access

Access is for the individual buyer. You may download the worksheets for your own parks and share them inside your own company. You may not resell, republish or redistribute the course or its worksheets, and you may not share your login.

What the course is and is not

The course is education and worksheets built from cited public sources and our own work. It is not legal, tax, investment, engineering or insurance advice. Every legal document in it is marked for review by your own attorney, and every number that depends on your market is yours to verify. Occupancy, rent, cost and timeline figures are examples, not promises. No completed Padlock Park pilot exists as of the date above, and the course says so.

Refunds

The course carries a 30-day any-reason refund from the date of purchase. Any historical pilot reservation retains its original refund terms. The details are on the refund policy. A refund ends course access.

Accounts

Logins are provided through Clerk. You are responsible for keeping your login private. We may close an account that shares access or attempts to extract the course in bulk.

Acquisition inventory

Listing data shown to members is aggregated from public auction sources, may be stale, and is provided as a research aid only. Verify every unit with the auction house before bidding.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from this site or a purchase on it is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost rent or a pilot that does not proceed.
