Fusion Data Company, 7908 Katella Way, Citrus Heights, CA 95621, operates padlockpark.com. This page says what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you type into a form or checkout: name, email, phone, park name, pad counts, and anything you write in a message.
- Purchase records from Stripe: what you bought, when, the amount, and the last four digits of the card. We never see or store full card numbers; Stripe does.
- Login records from Clerk: your email and sign-in activity.
- Course progress: which lessons you marked complete, so the course remembers where you were.
- Site usage through PostHog analytics: pages viewed, device type, approximate location from your IP address.
Why
To deliver what you bought, to answer you, to schedule the scoping call you asked for, to send you the order and account emails a purchase needs, and to understand which pages work. If you gave us your email through a form, we may email you about Padlock Park; every such email carries a working unsubscribe.
Who else sees it
Stripe (payments), Clerk (logins), Neon (our database host), Vercel (hosting), PostHog (analytics), and our own CRM. Each one processes data only to provide its service to us. We do not sell your information.
How long
Purchase and account records for as long as you have access plus what tax law requires. Leads and messages until you ask us to delete them. Analytics per PostHog's retention.
Your choices
